How Do I Upgrade My Script?

This goes out to all visitors!

For example, I install the scipt called, PHPBB. Several months later I noticed their software has been upgraded. How would I go about updating my forums?

If you have installed PHPBB through fantastico then you have the option from Fantastico to upgrade to new version.
